Helps the students to identify their mistakes so that the students will know what to

improve.
She's aware that not all her students have the same learning paces and she cares

about them all by making sure that no one will be left behind
She knows how to use feedback for her students' improvement

WHAT STRENGTHS WILL RANDY HIGHLIGHT ABOUT MADISON'S FEEDBACK TO STUDENT?

ANSWER:
The way how Maddison approaches the two groups in different ways but both

can help the students understand the lesson and identify their own mistakes by

asking relevant questions to guide the students. Her feedbacks to her students

were also timely and relevant to their performance improvement especially

when she gave feedback using questions about her students' errors so they

can be aware of it and gain knowledge from it.
