the positive observation can brandy give to Madison is the fast feedback to students. she asses the student
thoroughly and uses questioning to help the students come up with their own ideas.
Madison reflected on what the students need and be able to provide to students her learning objectives.
she able to expand her ideas by using photo magazin to integrate her teaching strategy. this is vital for students
learning since students learns more when materials and lesson is in the right momentum and when integrated.
 What strength will randy highlight about Madison's feedback to students.

Madison is a student centered teacher but at the same time she integrate the discussion and activity into
something that students will easily grasp on. her activities help the students analyze the lesson with their
personal interpretation.
furthermore, one of the strengths that randy will highlight is the fast feedback of Madison to her students. she
remind the students about the learning target and remodeled her instructions based on the students need.
