Madison illustrated her dedication and


passion by providing immediate feedback
to her students. She was also quick to
provide response with regards to which
senarios may unfold in her classroom.
Most importantly, her classroom
structure is designed to address the
diverse needs of her students.

Therefore, her strengths are her


immediate and determined feedbacks, a
well-structured classroom, and her
future orientation.

From what I've heard in the podcast,


Teacher Madison has shown practice of
embedded formative assessment by giving
immediate feedback to her students. She
also made sure to ask the students about
their misunderstandings and mistakes
during the lesson, and only then did she
decide what her next step will be.

Her strengths are: the immediate


feedback she gave the students and it
affected the students' progress
positively, and she was able to make the
students engage with the feedback
session.
