1) Platform
a) Material: Fibre Reinforced Plastic) with anti-
skid surface on top
b) Thickness: Minimum thickness of 3-5mm and
side flanges of 6-8 mm thickness.
c) Others: Ribbed structure on bottom slide
d) Shape: Square
e) Brazing Frame: ISF 40 x 5mm thick which is
galvanized and then duly power coated
d) Clamps: Made by nylon 6 material by injection
moulding process which is UV stabilized and
having better strength to give support to other
parts.
g) Vertical pipes: 80NB GI pipes should be used of
heavy duty of Tata/Jindal make only with hot
dipped galvanized pies conforming it IS 1239 (Part
1) with GI thickness not less than 60 micron
2) Mini Spiral Slide: The Spiral slide and slide
platform is made up of Fibre Reinforced Plastic
(FRP) in one piece. Central support pipe made
from 50NB galvanized pipe welded to 50NB
galvanized pipe bended to form frame with two
pairs of clamps joined together to GI pipe with SS
304 graded nonrusting nu-bolts, made from nylon
grade-6 plastic. The ROTO moulded plastic bush
& ROTO moulded slim railing are inserted into the
pipe frame in alternate pattern. The railing frame is
bolted to spiral slide platform with 20NB GI
support pipe bolted to platform at one end &
clamped with special nylon clamps to railing pipe
frame with 5 ft dia.
3) FRP Double slide: Both slide chute is made up
of FRP. The chute has its end such as it causes safe
landing of the child. The landing portion is
horizontal with respect to the ground. The landing
of the slide is supported by stand made up of 25NB
pipe and 5mm thick MS plate with GI plating.
4) ROTO Slide entry: Slide entry of the slide made
up of LLDE ( Linear low density polyethylene ) by
rotational moulding process. It is attached to deck
pipe with the help of 20NB GI pipes and injection
moulded nylon clamps.
5) Platform railing: Railings are provided on both
sides of the bridges as barrier for safety purpose. It
is made up of LLDPE in rotational moulding
process and has a support of 20NB powder coated
GI pipes. The railing is attached to the support pipe
using an injection moulded nylon clamps.
6) FRP staircase with Railing:
a) Material: FRP with minimum thickness of 3-
5mm or 16SWG metal sheet.
b) The staircase has sufficient reinforcement to
maintain strength and to avoid bending. The top
surface of the ladder should be such that it should
not deserve any kind of skiddy movement. Railing
of 20NB GI pipes are provided for safety purpose.
7) ROTO Window canopy: Tile canopy is made up
of LLDPE. It has 4 legs with UV stabilized food
grade material.
8) Hanging Bar: Main frame of the hanging bar is
made by 40NB pipes and hanging loops hinged
with 25NB pipes of 8 numbers of length 10 feet.
9) FRP (Fibre reinforced plastic): All the fibre
reinforced plastic materials are processed by the
hand laid process which is considered to be the
best of its type. International quality of Gel coats
which is duly mixed with UV stabilizes pigment to
give the required colour to the product. Thickness
of the FRP material varies from 3mm to 5mm as
 per the product. The FRP material should be tested
for abrasion resistance & UTS (Ultimate tensile
test).
10) LLDPE (Linear low density polyethylene):
The ROTO products are manufactured using
material LLDPE with UV stabilization of food
grade non-hazardous plastic compiled to ROHS.
Thickness of the ROTO products varies from 5mm
to 8mm as per the product. The overall product
obtain is a seamless to ensure perfect blend of
uniform thickness & durability
11) Pipes: All metal pipes should be used heavy
duty of Tata/Jindal make only with hot dipped
galvanized pipes conforming to IS 1239 (Part 1)
with GI thickness not less than 60 micron.
12) Powder Coating: It will be done with pure
polyester raw material. Dry film thickness
maintained within the range of 50-70microns.
13) Nut and Bolts: Galvanized/ s.s./ Allen
bolt/button head Allen bolt and nuts/nylon lock
nuts are used with PVS bolt caps.
14) All open ends of pipe been closed by GI caps
for user safety against entrapment.
15) Colour: Multicolour for optional or customized
and as per RAL shade.
16) Packaging: Safety 3 layer packaging like 1st
EPE Foam 2nd HDPE Film and 3rd is Stretch wrap.
17) Certificate: ISO 9001:2015
18) Equipment Size: L x W: 27 x 18 feet
19) Fixing work: Civil works for fixing equipment
with required number of pits with M20
Concrete as directed by site in-charge, including
cost of conveyance of all material like cement,
sand, metal, iron Reinforcement, water etc.,
