Essay 3

The CCI program focuses on five pillars; academic, cultural exchange, service learning,
internships, and leadership and action planning. How will I benefit from participating in a
holistic program where every pillar has equal importance?
The benefit that I will give from participating in a CCI program that is from academic and
leadership and action planning. I just focus on the two pillars on the CCI program. As I take the
field of study early childhood education. It means that it will be more focus on academic side. I
have been becoming a nursery teacher. I got many experience in my previous job but I still need
more knowledge about the early childhood education.
I will take this field of study and I hope that will get more knowledge in CCI program about this
field of study by learning how the teacher treat their students in the school at the place of my
training later. After I get the knowledge and the experience, the benefit that will give are sharing
the knowledge for the nursery teacher/ kindergarten teacher by doing training or sharing session
with them. Because it will be more benefit if I share the knowledge for everyone who need.
