1 SERVICE OPTIONS

Service options

2 SERVICE OPTIONS
BASIC-CONTROL
In the option menu we can visualize and/or set the options. These functions are mend to configure the machine by
certified technicians.

You can reach the options menu as follow:


• Press the button “stop” and “down” simultaneously for 5 seconds.

2.1 DISPLAY

The display will show you the first option (pre stabilisation). See Table 4 for a list with controllable options.

2.1.1 Functions

The next functions can be set. If the parameter is set to “0” the function is OFF.
A0,G0 of S0 means, function OFF and A1,G1 of S1 means function is activated (ON)

Remark:
• With Lid switch we mean as follow:
• D0 = Limit switch installed (NC)
• D1 = Micro switch installed (NO)

2.2 Tasks

2.2.1 STOP-key

• The control will not store the changes and returns to the stand-by function.

2.2.2 Up/Down-key

• By pressing the UP-button the value in the display increases. The DOWN-button decreases the value.
• Pressing the button shortly makes small changes.
• Pressing the button longer the value changes faster.

2.2.3 PROG-key

• By pressing the PROG button the changing is stored and the next function will be displayed.
• After the final function (Seal1-2) press the PROG button again and the control gets into the standby
function again.

2.3 Jumper settings

With the jumpers we can configure the machine. The jumpers are located at the back side of the Basic
control. See figure 1.

2.4 Functions of the jumpers

2.4.1 Position A, J3/J4

• Tabletop machines.
• Machines without a vacuum valve and the pump do not run continuously.

2.4.2 Position B, J4

• Mobiles and Heavy duty machines


• Machines with a vacuum valve and pump runs continuously.

2.4.3 Position C, J3

• Recall factory settings.


• Switch machine OFF with the power switch.
• Set the jumper at position J3.
• Turn the machine ON for a few seconds and turn it OFF again.
• Remove the jumper from J3 and set it at position A or B.
• Machine has been reset with the factory basic settings.

NOTICE! Functions like pre- and after stabilisation as well the lid switch choice, etc, has to be
reprogrammed again.
