Learn to aquire pleasure from the effort itself:

-No rewards prior the activity

-No rewards after the activity

-Focus on the present and doing whatever you are doing well

-Make an effort to release dopamine release by, in the hardest moments of the process,
saying that you love doing whatever you are doing.

-Focusing on the salary, on the hours that you have to work, on the amount of stuff you need
to memorize and understand, on how much you hate your life, etc. Its all useless.

FOCUS ON DOING WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW! AND ACHIEVING THE BEST
RESULTS OUT OF IT AND SEE YOUR LIFE CHANGE.
