    Dear Dr. Bacaltos,

    Greetings!

    This is Michael Atchaso, one of the English Instructors here in Talisay City College. I am writing
    to propose an accord.

    One of the requirements that I have given to my Literature students is to create big books about
    the different types of literatures and stories such as, to be specific, the Lottery by Shirley
    Jackson, Dead Stars by Paz Benitez, and The Servant Girl by Estrella Alfon. Students’ outputs
    have gone beyond my expectations.

    In connection, I would like to propose that these big books would be placed at the College
    Library for I believe these would be impeccable references for the benefit of our students and
    our teachers.

    I look forward to hearing your positive response in this regard.
