The table below shows the activities of the School Planning Team in the
preparation, implementation and monitoring of the School Improvement Plan
and Annual Implementation Plan which serve as guide to all SPT members and
the school-community.

PHASE 1: ASSESS
School Planning Team will present and discuss the
information gather during the preparatory
activities.
Identify/Review the Priority Improvement Areas November 14-18, 2022
through Focus Group Discussion

SPT will discuss and set general objectives and

target/organize the project teams/listen to the
voice of the learners and other
stakeholders/analyze the school process/select

PHASE 2: PLAN
SPT will review general objectives and targets/ November 28 – December
