    MGO Lugus officials and employees per MILG-BARMM Memorandum Circular No. 210
    dated 27 December 2022, I would like to respectfully request from your good office for a
    Certificate of Remittances of premium contributions and loan amortizations by the
    Municipality of Lugus for period covered January to December 2022.
