ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First and foremost, the researchers would like to praise and give thanks to the God, the Almighty

for the wisdom, strength, peace of mind, and good health for them to make their work successful.

The researchers are extremely grateful to their family for their love, patience, understanding, and

by supporting and encouraging them which helped them to finish this research.

The researchers are also thankful for their Practical Research 1 teacher, Ms. Martos for guiding

and giving them wisdom throughout their research.

This research won't be successful without the help of the students, the vendors, and the teachers

for their time, patience, and approval that are why the researchers give their thanks to them.

here is a considerable degree of variance among individuals with SAD in the number and type of
situations they fear. Examples of social interactions that are associated with social anxiety include
performance situations, such as speaking, eating or writing in public, initiating or maintaining
conversations, going to parties, dating, meeting strangers, or interacting with authority figures
(for a review, see Hofmann, Heinrichs, & Moscovitch, 2004).

Ostracism from the social group negatively impacts a variety of health-related variables,
including one’s self-esteem and sense of belonging (Baumeister & Leary, 1995). Similarly,
restricting social relationships is viewed as a punishment. For example, severe violations of social
norms can lead to imprisonment, which limits the individual’s social contacts.

DEDICATION

“Don't ever give up.

Don't ever give in.
Don't ever stop trying.
Don't ever sell out.
And if you find yourself
succumbing to one of the above for
a brief moment,
pick yourself up, brush yourself
off, whisper a prayer, and start
where you left off.
But never, ever, ever give up.”

ABSTRACT

The researchers aim to know how the foods inside South-East Asia Institute of Trade and

Technology affect the health of the students. This study will not only benefit to the students of the

said school but also to the sellers from the canteen. The researchers used interview and survey in

gathering the information from the students and the canteen sellers.

The data will be collected from 30 students (10 students from 3 different sections) and 6 vendors

(2 sellers from 3 different floors) with the total of 36 respondents. The researchers will be using

their smart phones in interviewing and paper questionnaires in survey. After gathering the data,

the researchers will be adding the gathered data in their study to help them strengthen their study.
