HOW TO SURVIVE DURING THE POST-PANDEMIC PERIOD

1.Identify at least one industry/business that will rise in the next decades to come; Why?

Virtual reality industry will still rise in the next decades because it growing at a fast pace.
This technology completely blends with our daily lives. Medicine, culture, education, and
architecture are some of the areas that have already taken advantage of this technology. So it is
one of the industries that have highest projected potential for growth as nowadays the market
is demanding applications that go beyond leisure, tourism or marketing and are more
affordable for users. Therefore, it follows that virtual reality is a part of our present and that in
years to come, it will spur developments that will influence the future.

2. Identify a skill/competency that you intend to acquire in order to survive the post-pandemic
period; Why?

Adapting to change is the skill that I intend to acquire in order to survive the post-
pandemic period. Because in an era of changing times and the new normal, we will always be
adapting in our lives and even more so as long as issues like pandemic and climate change
affect our social, political, and economic systems. This period, I continue to learn how to adapt
to changing environment, fit in socially or try something new when something isn’t working,
and I manage my stress that comes when a new situation demands change.
