Problem:

 Handling orders timely from the seller to the consumer.

 Scammers (Fake sellers & not exact items/wrong product)
 Ads that appear on Websites and Apps

Description/Overview: Lazada has been one of the top e-commerce marketplaces that
have created a dynamic and distinctive shopping journey for the customer on the go.
Sellers on Lazada offer numerous types of products from accessories to clothing and
electronic devices. Most packages in Lazada are delivered on time. On rare occasions,
orders may be delivered after the estimated delivery date. Those delays may be caused
by late fulfillment by the seller or warehouse, delayed handover to our courier (via
pickup/dropped off), inclement weather, road closures, logistic problems, and
international border controls/restrictions. They can solve those problems by automating
planning and creating a shop/ partnership with the Philippines to have easy access and
quick transaction/shipping for customers.

Objectives / Target Improvements: Enhance customer satisfaction by gathering some

feedback to better understand the needs and wants of the consumer. Implement
consumer feedback to improve both the product and the service. Avoid cancellation,
shorten lead times by handling several tasks at once and have a partner here in the
Philippines to speed up the transaction or shipping and reduce the hustle at customs.
Verify each seller to prevent fraud and fraudulent goods from being delivered. Update
the app and use an ad blocker to avoid Lazada advertisements.
Team Players:

E Commerce Web Developer- For e-commerce brands and companies, web

developers design and create websites. They could construct and execute the
functionality of the website, design it, and update or manage it as needed. Web
developers frequently possess sophisticated knowledge of coding, web design,
programming, and apps. Common programming languages are typically useful in this
line of work.

E Commerce Product Manager- E-commerce product managers are frequently

requested to monitor product development and optimization, add new pages and
features, and resolve any potential technical problems. The job description may also
mention managing and coordinating a team.

E Commerce Project Manager- Project managers for e-commerce are employed by

most companies. An individual who oversees a team's activities, assigns roles, duties,
and projects, as well as tracks progress, is known as a project manager. This job
requires a lot of verbal communication. In some businesses, consumers are also
engaged in order to ensure that everyone is happy with the services provided.
