    Subject: Request for change in contract

    Respected Sir,

    With great respect It is stated that I IMRAN UMAR ZADA is working with
    HAPCO as a Mechanical Engineer since 8th January, 2011 in PRO-DUCT factory.
    I would like to inform you that at the time of signing the contract verbally we’ve
    agreed on 1 year contract. But it was not mentioned on the contract. Now I came to
    know that officially the duration of my contract has been written 02 years.
    Therefore I would like to request you to decrease the duration of my contract to 1
    year. I’ll be very thankful to you.
