AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

That I, FERDINAND R. BUMACOD, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and

residing in Bolaney, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, after having been duly sworn to an oath
in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

That I am the declared owner of a certain parcel of land more particularly

described as follows, to wit:

““A parcel of land located at Bolaney, Alaminos City, Pangasinan,

containing an area of 10,000 square meters more or less; bounded on the
North by lot 13805-a, lot 4066-D lot 13805-C; South by lot 12055, lot
4066-B; and on the West by lot 4185, lot 4173. Declared under Tax
Declaration No. 2018-09-00707. Covered by TCT No. 027-2017000293.”

That the above described property is not tenanted and as the owner, I am
actually tilling and managing the same.

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
for any legal intent it may best serve.
