    Subject: REQUEST FOR PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENT

    Honorable Regional Director:

    Good day Sir!

    I am Saturnina A. Valenzuela the owner of Speed Ace Gasoline Station. I am writing this
    letter with regards to my compromise settlement of my income tax/vat liability for the period/
    taxable year 2016 involving the amount of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND
    SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR AND 97/100 (Php 329,784.97) on the ground of doubtful
    validity. I have already paid the amount of EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
    SEVEN AND 22/100 (Php 88,407.22) and have the outstanding balance of TWO HUNDRED
    FORTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY AND 75/100 (Php 241,377.75)
    which is supposed to be paid 15 days from my receipt of the Notice issued to me by your
    respective office

    Due to Financial Problem, I hereby request your good office to kindly allow me to pay
    the outstanding balance of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
    SEVENTY AND 75/100 in installment basis of TEN THOUSAND (Php 10,000.00) every
    Month in order to clear off the debt.

    I am contacting you in good faith and my utmost intention is to pay off this obligation at
    the earliest. I hope that we both reach an agreement accept this proposal.
