Checklist for receiving EU residence document as a
student, visit to SIRI on Tuesday 14 February at DOKK1 in Aarhus, Hack Kampmanns Plads 2.
Before visiting SIRI:
1) Prepare a copy of your passport or ID card (both sides) for upload online 2) Fill in the online documentation form OD1 (read enclosed guide and be aware that the form will take 30 min to complete) a. Upload the copy of your passport/ID b. Leave the sworn declaration blank (you do not need to sign it) 3) Write down the reference number that you receive once you have completed the online form
Other documentation requirements:
a) Declaration of sufficient funds It is no longer a requirement that you upload this documentation. During your interview with SIRI, you will declare in person that you have sufficient funds. b) Acceptance Letter from educational institution It is no longer a requirement that you upload this documentation. VIA has provided SIRI with a list of all our EU students that they will use for reference.
Visit to SIRI at DOKK1 in Aarhus, Tuesday 14 February (book a time):
VIA has booked the entire day at SIRI in Aarhus for our students from Horsens. You need to prioritize visiting SIRI this day. It is important in order to get a time slot. Please be aware that you are responsible for your own transportation at your own cost.
Please remember to:
1) Book an appointment using this link (open in Chrome): https://scandic.cleverq.de/public/sites/6/appointments/index.html?hash=9c928a81c6&lang= en&service_id=57 2) Write down the booking code that you get after booking your appointment. You need to enter this on arrival at SIRI. 3) Bring your ID card or passport used in the application. 4) Bring the note with your reference number from the application.
