Park Subdivision, Brgy. Navarro, General Trias, Cavite, respectively, as my true and lawful
Attorneys-In-Fact, for me and in the name of TUY AND COMMUNITY MULTI-PURPOSE
COOPERATIVE, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely.
1. To transact and submit documents to DENR, DAR, and any other appropriate
government offices or entity for the purpose of securing Land Conversion, relevant
certificates and other pertinent documents of Tuy and Community Multi-Purpose
Cooperative Housing, known as Holy Spirit Village II, Brgy. Luna Tuy, Batangas;

2. To execute sign, and deliver any all documents or papers with DENR, DAR, and any
other appropriate government offices or entity to fully carry out the foregoing
authorization.

authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
