Final evaluation on whole unit This week you worked on your production

Comparison to researched After finishing my final radio drama, I feel my project isn’t at the point
productions of being professional with some of the audio sounds not being clear in
the scene. I do feel like my voice actors did fit the roles feel for the
production. When I listened to the radio dramas It makes you feel like
you are in the scene Aswell but when I listen back to mine it does not
have the same effect.
Production Strengths I felt in my production at the beginning from 30 seconds in I felt the
sounds of the heart monitor in the background made the scene feel more
real as they were working on the subject. I slight raise in beats from the
heart monitor Aswell sound good when the alien began to wake up.
f Production weaknesses In my production my use of Foley sounds, and voice effects does not
sound a swell. For example, the alien voice throughout the production
was very difficult to understand. I also felt that I made to many
multitrack which overwhelmed the amount of sounds I was editing at the
same time

.
Because of the number of tracks, I was losing my place a
lot when going to edit different voices and after a while it
became harder to figure out which track was for what
voice. another weakness of my production was when I
came to record the voices for the radio drama, I get each
actor in a separate time to say there lines even if it were a
conversation Because of this it was exceedingly difficult to
make a conversation low the same way it would if it was a
natural conversation
Did you meet your goals? Why/why I don’t think that I met the goals
not?

Self-evaluation

High Grade Tips

Use screenshots to support your analysis – especially when comparing your work to other pieces.

Considered and capable demonstration of processes – detailed documentation of your production process –
such as still images, and annotated screenshots of your specific production and editing process – including
‘what’ and ‘why’ and not just ‘how’.

Specific – be specific! Don’t just say e.g. ‘the lighting was good’ – show us where the lighting looked good
and why you think that.
