Dear Andrew McCarthy,

Thank your for your e-mail. I want first to say that I am glad that you chose me to hold the
talk and I am honored to do so. So, of course you can consider this e-mail as my confirmal.

I would like to ask you a few details beforehand. First and foremost, could you describe a
little the venue? I would like to know how big the room will be so I could practice my speech
close to perfection. Also, how long does the talk has to be? I would like to know these
informations beforehand so I can prepare as much as I can.

I will send you the proposal for my talk after I receive your answers!

Best regards,

Alice.
