English Assignments 22nd-29th of March

We hope you are all doing well and are in good health.
This week’s assignment includes two parts. The first is grammar and the second is the unseen
connected to last week’s vocabulary.

Please notice: the answers must be sent to your teacher via webtop in a WORD format by the
end of the week.

 Be going to

We’ve learned that we can describe an action in the future by using “will+verb”. For example, I
will stay home today or I will watch a movie tonight.

Another way to describe an action in the future is with “be going to + verb (v1)”.

I am going to invite a friend over.

She is going to visit her grandparents later.

They are going to cook dinner for me.

2. Can you find a song that uses “be going to”? If yes, send the song to your teacher.
