SITUATIONAL

1. Your boss has noticed that stress levels have been increasing in your work unit, and
he asked you to assess the problem and propose a plan of action for addressing it.
What steps would you take to meet this request? What would be the first thing you
would do? What factors would take into consideration in conducting your
assessment, and what plan of action do you think would be most promising?

Developing a plan concerning eliminating stress is also stressful because stress


is a body reaction of an individual towards any change that happens inside and outside
the human body.
If I were to develop a plan to address the stress of the organization, the stressor
must be first identified. Second, assess the capabilities of the employees inside the
organization if the workload is appropriate for them. Third, seek for anyone’s suggestion
and weigh them after before doing any changes and application.
Creating changes and solutions inside the organization shall always be beneficial
for the majority. Through the whole duration of planning, I want to involve everyone’s
welfare and concern because I think that would be the most promising course of action
to do. I want to be a successful spokesperson to them while we address the problem
because the better way to socialize inside the organization is through teamwork. By
that, we can both eliminate stress, and produce a better environment for the whole
organization.
