JAYPEE: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for taking the time to witness this
much looked forward occasion of the Mataas na Paaralang Neptali A. Gonzales Administration
and the Faculty Club, the 26th Founding Anniversary “A Night to Remember” 2023. Without
further ado, let us now start our ceremonies by welcoming the teachers, administrators, staff, the
awardees, and distinguished guests.
II. < ENTRY OF TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATION AND STAFF, AND THE
AWARDEES>
Queue: Wait until the last awardee reach his or her place before inviting the public to sing
the Philippine National Anthem and say a prayer.
III. NATIONAL ANTHEM AND PRAYER
JAYPEE: Ladies and gentlemen, at this time we ask that you please rise as we honor
Philippines with the singing of our National Anthem. To be followed by a prayer through audio
visual presentation.
Ladies and gentlemen, please be seated. Once again, good evening My name is JAYPEE
CASIPIT, and of course it’s my pleasure to be one of the masters of ceremonies for this event.
On behalf of the organizing committee, we extend our appreciation for your presence in this
momentous affair.
CHARMAINE: And I am Charmaine Nayra, Sir JAYPEE’s host - partner on this beautiful
evening. Indeed, Sir Jaypee, this event is momentous. The past three years tremendously
impacted not just teacher-learner interaction on the lessons, but also teachers’ mental health that
has a serious impact on learner’s quality learning. Working hard is not always a good thing.
When you burn the candle at both ends you are working too hard.
JAYPEE: Charmaine, it only goes to show that we are hard workers and always goes the
extra mile. So, on this special night, you are gathering with us with delighted spirit and pride.
Tonight, we are celebrating each and everyone’s hard work and achievements, as well as the
camaraderie that has been built over the past 26th wonderful years.

school head, assistant principal and assistants to the principal, department heads, the admin
officer of this school, teachers, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, Good evening.
IV. WELCOME REMARKS
And now, to formally kick-off this event, it is my pleasure to invite the Assistant Principal
II in SHS, Mr. Rhyan Medina to deliver his welcome remarks.
IV. DANCE NUMBER
CHARMAINE: Thank you, Sir. “Dancing is surely the most basic and relevant of all forms of
expression. Nothing else can so effectively give outward form to an inner experience.” – Lyall
Watson. It is now time for us to enjoy the performance that our talented teacher-dancers have so
meticulously prepared for. So, let me invite on the dance floor, the select Junior High School and
Senior High School teachers, with Ms. Maria Teresa Carranza, choreographer-dancer. Please
welcome them with a huge round of applause.”
IV. SPECIAL MESSAGE
JAYPEE: Ladies and gentlemen and distinguished guests, our school head, Mr. Henry A.
Sabidong will now deliver a special message.
SIR HAS’s message
CHARMAINE: And now, we are going to invite the Public School District Supervisor in-
charge of the school to give his special message. Please welcome to the stage, Mr. Anthony
Augusto M. Garcia.

V. AWARDING OF PLAQUES TO ALL RETIRED FACULTY
JAYPEE: Thank you, Sir. This session has been a memorable one for our institution because we
have achieved significantly in several areas. This would not have been possible without the great
performance and outstanding performance of fellow teachers in our school and those who have
finally bid adieu to all the pressure, and now enjoying the endless leisure. Ladies and gentlemen,
may I have your attention please as we witness the awarding of plaque to our former colleagues..
CHARMAINE: To award the plaque, may I invite on stage Mr. Anthony Augusto Garcia, Mr.
Henry Sabidong , and Mr. Rhyan Medina, to do the honor.

V. HARANA
JAYPEE: It is now time for HARANA to our retirees. And for that, we have teacher-singers!
The pride of our school, Mr. Edwyn Castillo, Mr. Genesis Prado, Mr. Vergel Jandayan, and Mr.
Leandro Espiritu Jr, So, put your hands together and let’s welcome them onto the stage with a
huge round of applause!
V. ROYAL DANCE
JAYPEE: Requesting the male teachers to take our honorees at the center area of this venue for
the ROYAL DANCE.
CHARMAINE: What a soulful performance! Your voice is a gift! Thank you so much for such
a lovely performance.
V. DANCE FOR ALL
CHARMAINE: We will have a different way, yet exciting dance for all. The mechanics go this
way…
Kayo ay sasayaw lamang kapag maririnig ninyo ang music na para sa inyo.
Bawat table or group ay may kani – kaniyang sasayawin.
Waltz. The Waltz is a soft, gentle, elegant, and romantic dance that uses flowing
movements to make the dancers appear to float across the dance floor. ...
Foxtrot. The Foxtrot is a fun social dance that has grace and beauty in every step. ...
Tango- is one the most famous partner dances that emphasizes the vibrant and playful style of
movement, rich expressions, improvisation and requires close connection and passion between
dancers.
Cha Cha- is a fast rhythmic ballroom dance of Latin American origin with a basic pattern of
three steps and a shuffle.
Rumba- is a fast and sensual dance with exaggerated hip movements.
Samba- is a Brazilian dance of African origin with a basic pattern of step-close-step-close and
characterized by a dip and spring upward at each beat of the music
Salsa- is a sexy, energetic and fun partner dance. Unlike some partner dances, it is a very
sociable dance – you don’t need to have a regular partner.
East Coast Swing- is an energetic, fast dance, done usually with triple steps and rock steps to Big
Band or contemporary music that ‘swings’.

V. The 2022 SDO Mandaluyong search for Outstanding Educators was one of the recognized
award-giving body in the school’s division office for teachers and non-teaching personnel every
fiscal year. Our school produced three finalists and two title holders during the selection
process. And now, to award the plaque to the finalists and the winners for the outstanding
educators 2022, May I call on stage once again Mr. Garcia, Mr. Sabidong, and Mr. Medina, to do
the honor.

CHARMAINE: Reaching twenty-five years in the service takes too much
dedication and work ethics. At this juncture, we are going to witness right on this
venue the teachers who have been committed and remained passionate to teaching
for 25 years. Ladies and gentlemen, we would like to request Mr. Garcia, Mr.
Sabidong, and Mr. Medina to come up the stage and to award the plaque for their
25th years in Service.
