1. Are you familiar with the concepts of family planning and sex education?

 Based on the acquired results graphed in the pie chart, almost all, or 96.4%, of
the respondents are aware of or familiar with the concepts of family planning and
sex education. It is a total of 27 people out of 28 total respondents. Meanwhile,
only one, or 3.6%, of the total respondents, are not aware of the aforementioned
approaches.

2. How many children do you have?

 The chart shows that approximately 92.9%, or 26 people, who answered the
survey have no children, and the remaining four people, or 7.1% of the total
respondents, are divided between people who have one and three children,
respectively.

3. How comfortable are you feeling when it comes to discussing family planning and
sex education in your community?

 According to this graph, the majority, or 64.3% of the respondents, are


comfortable discussing family planning and sex education in their community.
This is 18 people out of the total number of respondents, which is 28. This is
followed by 6 people, or 21.4% of the total respondents, who admit that they are
very comfortable discussing the mentioned subjects in their area. On the other
hand, three people, or 10.7% of the total population, are neutral in this matter,
and a tiny portion, or 3.6%, is still uncomfortable discussing the aforementioned
topics in their community.

4. Are you using any birth control methods?

 Out of 28 total respondents, it is very clear in this chart that the majority, or
92.9%, are not using any kind of birth control method. It is 26 people out of the
total population employed. The remaining 7.1%, or 2 people, have admitted that
they are using any birth control method.
5. What kind of family planning methods are you currently using?

 Based on this chart, 53.3%, or 8 people out of 15 respondents, do not have any
kind of family planning method in use at the moment. It was then followed by the
second-largest portion, which is 13.3%, or two people, who use a condom as a
contraceptive. Meanwhile, the remaining 33.4%, or five people, are divided into
four groups: those who prefer pills; celibacy; not applicable (n/a); and those who
would rather not say.

6. Where did you receive information on sexual education and family planning?

 Based on the chart, approximately half of the total respondents in this survey, or
50%, have received their information about sexual education and family planning
on social media. There is a total of 14 people in figure. It was followed by family,
which obtained 21.4% of the population, or 6 people. On the other hand, the
counselors' and doctors’ options both received 14.3%. That is, four people
obtained information on the aforementioned topics from each of the recognized
professionals.

7. What factors urged you to consider or not consider family planning?

 According to the graph, about a third, or 39.3%, have chosen early pregnancy as
their primary factor that urges them to consider family planning. It represents 11
of the total number of respondents. Poverty acquires the second-biggest portion
on the graph with 25%, or 7 people. Meanwhile, 21.4% of the respondents, or 6
people, do not have any kind of element that urges them to consider family
planning. The remaining 14.3%, or four people, consider reducing the number of
abortions or unsafe abortions, financial stability, generational trauma and the
possibility of passing it on to my children, and a lack of proper education as the
factors that consequentially urged them to think about or not adopt the said
approach.
8. Are you receiving proper guidance and support regarding family planning and
sex education in your barangay health care sectors?

 According to this graph, the majority, or 57.1% of the respondents, are not
receiving proper guidance and support regarding family planning and sex
education in their barangay health care sectors. It is made up of 16 people from
the total population of respondents. 25% or 7 people have disclosed that they are
just receiving such measures seldomly or sometimes. While 17.9% of
respondents, or 5 people, divulge that they have not yet encountered any proper
guidance and support about the aforementioned matter from their barangay
health care sectors.

9. On a scale of 1-4 (where 4 is the highest and 1 is the lowest), how will you rate
the importance of utilizing family planning and having proper access to and
awareness of sex education in bringing quality of life to the family?

 Out of the 28 total respondents to this survey, 89.3%, or 25 people, have rated
utilizing family planning and proper access and awareness to sex education in
bringing a quality life to the family scale 4, which means it is “very important”.
While the remaining 10.7%, or 3 people, deemed the concept "important."

10. On a scale of 1-4 (where 4 is the highest and 1 is the lowest), how likely are you
to be willing to participate in future activities relating to family planning and sex
education in your community?

 This chart shows that 46.4%, or 13 people, out of 28 survey respondents chose
scale 4, which means that they are very likely willing to participate in future
activities relating to family planning and sex education in their community.
Furthermore, 39.3%, or 11 people, chose scale 3, which means that they are
likely to do the same. On the other hand, 10.7% or 3 people chose scale 2, which
means that they are unlikely to participate in any of the aforementioned
measures, and the remaining 3.6% or 1 person chose scale 1, which discloses
that he/she will not be participating in such activities.
