ACTIVITY 2:

Questions:
1. In your own words, what advantages do you see for a student playing basketball
even at home?
- I can say that basketball is a sport that anybody, young or old, may enjoy.
Basketball is a great method to exercise while also having fun with friends and
potentially making new ones. Students who play basketball even at home have many
additional advantages that make them more well-rounded individuals than students
who do not. It not only delivers several physical benefits but also numerous mental
benefits. I think students playing basketball play not only because it gives them a
source of exercise but also because it allows them to be engaged in a competitive
atmosphere. As far as I can tell, it can help with balance and coordination, as well as
concentration and self-discipline.

2. How did you become familiar with every basketball skill like the (handling and
dribbling) in Activity 1?
- I became familiar with handling and dribbling because of the video our professor
provided, as well as because I sometimes watched NBA basketball games. In this
way, I noticed that it was difficult and challenging and that you needed to practice a
lot and be motivated to learn it. It is important to master your skills, improving your
skills will help you ensure that the move is successful for you, and you will be able to
read the defender instead of worrying about it.

3. What is your favorite basketball skills? Why?

- When I was doing the activity, I liked the dribbling skills because I enjoyed
dribbling even though in a basic way. It's almost like the more time you spend with a
ball in your hand, the better your ball control becomes. I enjoyed how I dribbled the
ball between my legs, my left hand behind my legs, and my right hand behind my
legs. I prefer dribbling because of the way I execute it and it's just challenging, that's
why dribbling drills allow players to develop and improve on this basic basketball
skill.
