    EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 03 s. 2021

    AN ORDER ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY DEVOLUTION TRANSITION COMMITTEE

    WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 138 s. 2021 issued by President Rodrigo Roa
    Duterte mandates the creation of a committee on Devolution;

    WHEREAS, the Department of Interior and Local Government Regional Office


    VIII issued a Memorandum with subject “Submission of executive Order Organizing the
    LGU Devolution Transition Committee” addressed to All Provincial/City Directors,
    C/MLGOO and all others concerned;

    NOW THEREFORE, I, HON. ELENITA M. GUSTON, Punong Barangay of


    Barangay Pancho Villa hereby create that the Devolution Transition Committee be
    constituted with the following composition:

    SECTION 1 : COMPOSITION

    Chairman : HON. ELENITA M. GUSTON

    SECTION 2 : FUNCTION

    Executive Order No. 03 s’ 2021


    Devolution Transition Committee
    Page 1 of 2
    The Devolution Transition Committee shall be responsible for the preparation
    of the Devolution Transition Program and monitoring the implementation thereof.

    SECTION 3 : EFFECTIVITY

    This Executive Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force and in
    effect until revoked or amended accordingly.

    Done this 13th day of August, 2021 at Barangay Pancho Villa, Sogod, Southern Leyte,
    Philippines.
