Activity 1. Accident Investigation

earthquake to happen so fast. At that point, the instrument began to fall apart and

equipment.

the team. They give thanks to God as a collective for the safety of their lives and

Both the team’s lives and the instruments were in risk. Engr. Melchor began to

assist the rodman as he was lying down in the ground because he was anxious.
