Conclusion

Based on our study cases, we invited an entrepreneur woman as our subject to determine the case. She
is Sgt. (R) Fadzilah Bt Yasin, 43 years old which is serve in PDRM before. She and her husband was start
the business in February 2010 when she was honoured discharged from the organization. For
information, she was running the business based on food restaurant as well known as Abey Joe Cafe.
The one of things that encourage her in this business is cause the fully passion to running business based
on food. When the intention was seedling in her, she became so struggle for focusing on the business
with accompanying her husband. She invent various cuisines to customer. For examples for drink, this
successful entrepreneur serve the drinks based on fruits such as mango, watermelon and more. With 5
employee as her subordinate, she was success running this business for 8 years already. The major
factor leading her to the business is to continue family business, encouraged by her husband, and the
experience she had. The conclusion is, we can determine that she has a value of entrepreneurship
through her experiences.
