COMPARISON

After interviewing both of them, we realized both of them are quite similar.
Both started their business from scratch and now are running it quite
successfully. Both value important qualities like confidence, passion for their
workplace, education degree, skills and love and care for their customers.

Both the restaurants look towards customer care, and serving professional
quality food with imported ingredients. Both of the restaurants have different
target customers. The Cookie Dough Cake Shop has customers mostly who like
visiting cafes, and visit for the aesthetic appeal, while Angrezi Patiyala has
customer's who visit for a dining experience along with the family, or
corporates who attend conferences, or they cater to food delivery for events that
need catering.

The Cookie Dough Cake Shop's owner, Ms. Shubhi Singh plays the role of the
Owner, and founder of the company and she started the company in 2021.
While, Angrezi Patiyala was started by Mr. Vishal Doshi and the manger is Mr.
Raj Trivedi who we interviewed.

Coming to the competences, both of them believe in confidence, education,


skills and passion, along with love for your job, which gives them the tag of
successful restaurants.

These restaurants may not seem common to a lay-man but in reality their values
and qualities are a lot similar.
