Firstly, I will introduce the entrepreneur name. The entrepreneur name is Wan Hairulnizam bin
Wan Bulat, born in ayer itam Kedah in year 1969 and the age is 50 years old. The family
background of Mr. Wan Hairulnizam is, he has 3 siblings and he is the eldest one from 3 sibling
and all of his siblings are men. He also comes from the poor family, and the father Wan Bulat is
Felda men at ayer itam Kedah, and Her mother are doing small business sell nasi lemak and Kuih
muih. The education background Mr. Wan Hairulnizam is He school at Sekolah Menengah Abu
Bakar Temerloh at Pahang for secondary School and after he has finish his school his continued
his studies at Universiti Putra Malaysia and take course Diploma agriculture, but he not finished
his studied at Universiti Putra Malaysia because he said it hard for him to finished it. After he
stops study at Universiti Putra Malaysia he continued his study at Cosmopolitan College but he
not finished his study at this college too. In year 2007 he decide to continued study at college
Internationl Islamic College, and he takes course Diploma in Business Administration, and He
graduated From International Islamic College in year 2017. The working experience Mr. Wan
Hairulnizam, he said he has 20 years of working. He had experience work at 20 years century
oleochemical, loi oleochemical and Toray Sdn Bhd. In this Experience give him much more
knowledge to start doing business.

BRIEF EXPLAIN ABOUT THE BUSINESS OR HISTORY OF THE BUSINESS

Story about Mr. Wan Hairulnizam Business. Name of the business is Ukhwah Murni Cafe, this
business was established in year 2009~2019 but this business is operation in small scale Ukhwah
Murni Cafe also is managed by Him and her wife too. This Cafe business serve all kind of
village Food but the main they sell North food Kedah, In addition, Ukhwah murni cafe also offer
catering services for all kinds of functions such as ceremonial parties, ceremonies, seminar and
more but accept wedding. Mr. Wan Hairulnizam also said why he open this business because his
interest in cooking, this how he started his business. He also said why his open this food business
because people will find food to eat, that’s why he open this business this also one of the history
of the business.

EXPLAIN THE COMPANY VISION AND MISSION

Vission Ukhwah Murni Cafe is serving with the great food and service and having top of mind
recall with the most Malaysian. Mission of Ukhwah Murni Cafe, 1) we are in a food business
that cares deeply for customers satisfaction to ensure that customer get the value they paid for.2)
They also are committed to deliver the best to our customers providing more than just good food
and great service achieving the same consistency in one of our delivery while maintaining our
quality each and every time.3) To strength the business to open another new Cafe.

The name of business is Ukhwah Murni Cafe. And the type of business is sole proprietorship.
According Mr. Wan Hairulnizam, choosing a sole proprietorship to start your business is
relatively simple process. In fact, you elect this business set up by default if you prefer not to go
through. Tax case, if you file your own tax returns and want to continue to do so, a sole
proprietorship setup is typically the easiest way to do so. Sole proprietorship income is recorded
as self- employment earning. Another that is no money to invest another structure. Lastly is
control, if you want to make all of the important decision about operating your business, going it
alone as a sole proprietorship gives you that freedom. You can provide the product and service
you choose, set your own hours and charge whatever pieces you want. You also have control
over how you exit the business. The reason why he choose sole proprietorship and not
partnership, according to him.

nasi lemak, nasi ayam, nasi berlauk, and much more and mainly north food village Kedah. The

of Business is Ukhwah Murni cafe. Location this cafe at Jalan 31/10A/ Taman Batu Caves,
Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The cafe is near Islamic International College
and Picoms.

We choose this business because sometimes business known as the play it safe major because it

variety of positions in the industry of their choice. We decided to go for restaurant because
people are looking for food and drink to fulfill their needs every day. People will look for it. The
name of the restaurant is Ukhwah Murni. The symbolic of Ukhwah Murni actually come from
his wife name.

He Mr.Wan Hairulnizam start the capital from RM10 thousands to open the new cafe. The
special things his come up with the needed resources are his use personal savings. You may not
this is very creative, but I am amaze at the number of wannabe entrepreneur who have no though
about saving any money before they start, or would not think of using their own savings to start a
business. No investor I know will put money into deal if they see that you have no, skin in game.
Another that is personal credit lines, credit cards can usually be acquired with even less history.
We all know startups that have been built on one or both of these. The advantage is that you
retain total ownership and control, as long as you make minimum payments. Lastly is, family
and friend these are people who should believe in you, without waiting to see if your idea works,
or until your real customer, revenue. These commitments should always be positioned in writing
as promissory notes, which convert to equity at a rate determined by later investor.

license and want to get it is one chance for us as a trader. For example, of our own Cook tasty
and others cook it wasn't tasty. And that is an opportunity and we have to take advantage of the
best. The second thing, it is a problem wants to trade. These things would be why do we get
desperate in the course of business administration so that we can bring together the knowledge
of our own business can handle money than ten ringgit reach the forty ringgit with happy. Others
can’t handle in addition to others difficult to handle money with your own. And this is how
instinctively wanted to control and we have to follow the policy of dealing.

took. Think about the management first, if you get the opportunities first, you will get the chance

surrounding because many things will face you.

Business is an international relationship that is you will face many people from other countries,
culture and religion. Also, you will face the people from many ages such kid, teenager and old
people. If you are a lazy person, do not repeat the same mistake. This is because you will replace

than before. According what Mr. Wan Hairulnizam said, if people come to your café and the
person do not have money to paid for that food, he can eat for free, because he said what he
doing actually is based on Islamic teaching is sadaqah, The more you give the more you will get.
This really-really impact Mr. Wan Hairulnizam, because too many people come and eat at his
Cafe.

RECOMMEND HOW TO ENCOURAGE THE FRESH GRADUATE TO INVOLVE IN

BUSINESS

The entrepreneur says, if the fresh graduate wants to involve in business with just wanting the
profit, you will get nothing. But if you work the business with desire and hobby, you will get the
best result. For example, if you force yourself to work with a thing that you don’t like, it’s not
same as the people that work with desire and hobby with such as their quality and happily. The
entrepreneur we interviewed advises, if the future entrepreneurs want to succeed in a business,
you will have to learn from various views. For example, if someone gives a view to your
business, a good comment, take it and leave all the negative comment behinds. Young
entrepreneur also needs to know the structures of a business especially coming from licensing
that only applies to a place like the county, state and so on. Future entrepreneurs should also be
smart in managing a business that is operated with hymns and not wasteful. That means, future
entrepreneur must know how to handle the decision making with a good thinking.
