General Guidelines
1. Students enrolled in BME2; Second Semester Class 2021-2022 will be divided
into groups with at least 5 members.
2. Each group will develop a comprehensive strategic plan for their chosen
Tourism/ Hospitality business
- Hotel, Restaurants, Fast food, etc
- Travel Agencies, tour operations, etc

To perform the following objectives:


₋ To examine and analyze an organization's strengths and weaknesses by
conducting a strategic analysis.
₋ To assist businesses in understanding strategic concerns, evaluating
strategic alternatives, and developing actionable plans of action.
₋ To assist businesses in ensuring work alignment and allowing everyone to
work toward common goals.
₋ To increase productivity and create a good work atmosphere.

3. Include group introduction. Properly introduce yourselves.


4. Each member should take part in the presentation and will be critiqued by peers
and the instructor.
5. Deadline: JUNE 9, 2022 (THURSDAY at 02:30 PM)
