Dear Mayor Celeste,

Greetings!

A person’s right to education is one of the fundamental rights of children or a

person in general. Yet this is not a guaranteed right due to various factors in the
Philippine setting such as the deteriorating quality of education, (write ONLY the
important reasons as mentioned in the problem plate)… etc.

While all the listed above are valid points that affect the quality of education in
our country, it is imperative to help the future generation of learners to cope up
with life’s problem without putting their future at risk.

In view of this, may we request your good office to assist us (students of Adamson
University enrolled in Design -6) in identifying and providing us a site or
government own land in your locality that will be utilize in erecting and
constructing a Proposed Primary/Elementary School Model that can aid,
shelter and protect the students of your constituents, make them feel safe and
foster the development in response to addressing the shortage of school buildings
and other school facilities.

We are certain that the above mention proposed project will flourish and be an
instrument in providing quality education to the young generation, as we believe
in the saying that “Ang Kabataan ang Pag-Asa Ng Ating Bayan”.
