Vide e-mail dated 11th Nov.-2022 (Copy attached), CGM(Quality),
SAIL, RSP, has communicated that, in line with Operating Committees for
different areas, a Working Committee on Quality has been formulated by
Corporate Office vide Office Order No. PER/CCS/396/2022 dated Sept 16,
2022, with Heads of Quality of all SAIL Plants & Units as members of
this Committee.

Further that, the Working Group will regularly interact and share best
practices, analytical procedures, unification of Test Certificate, alloy
design & processing concepts, etc. to develop and adopt a uniform
approach across SAIL on various issues of common interest.

Vide the said mail he has also communicated that the 1st meeting of the
Committee has been scheduled to be held at SAIL, RSP, during 24th & 25th
of November-2022, in consultation with Director(T, P & RM), SAIL, and
has requested participation of concerned RCL, BSP, Officials in the said
meeting.

Sampling & Analysis Procedure for Incoming Raw Materials (Iron Ore,
Fluxes, Quartzite, etc.) for Blast Furnace and Quality Control Practices
in Steel Making Specific to RCL are the major areas of discussion in the
meeting.

Accordingly, it is proposed to depute the following Officials of RCL,

BSP, on two days tour to SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant, on 24th & 25th of
November-2022, with inclusive journey tour period 23rd to 26th Nov-2022,
for representing BSP in the said meeting.

1. Shri. S Khankhoje, GM(RCL), BSP

2. Shri. Rahul Kumar, Manager(RCL), BSP
3. Shri. Dharmendra Verma, Manager(RCL), BSP

It is requested that, approval may kindly be accorded for the proposed

two days tour of the above mentioned RCL-BSP Officials, to Rourkela, on
on 24th & 25th of November-2022, with inclusive journey tour period 23rd
to 26th Nov-2022, for representing BSP in the said meeting at Rourkela
Steel Plant.
