3.- How much water do you drink a day?
- Usually I drink a lof of water. Always drink two glasses when I wake up, when I go to bed and sometimes when I wake up at midnight. The rest of the day I drink water when I'm thirsty.
4.- How often do you do exercise?
- I used to do exercise four times a week in 2021. In 2022 my coach went to live in Puebla and I haven't found another one. Now I'm not exercising.
