Our group, group two chose the topic crime.

This consisted of six members, each given separate

subtopics under the main topic. Trafficking, robberies, cybercrime, white collar crime, domestic violence.
We communicated on several forums a WhatsApp group, Teams channel, group calls and face to face
meetings. This resulted in effective teamwork. Collected information obtained locally and globally via
the use of the internet, social media monitoring, questionnaires.

Our group had good coordination which allowed effective communication, work among members , they
contributed their various perspectives which made the experience enjoyable. In addition, we learnt to
socialize and be prepared for future group collaborations. We were satisfied from the changes made.
Our corporation resulted in punctual work submission.

The group’s coordination lifted the work compared to if the SBA was done individually. Each member
possessed different skills which made working together unique. No conflict existed amongst members.

The group had 18 articles under the topic crime. Three of the most concerning topics were selected. An
article on human trafficking, David A Feingold, a poem on domestic violence, Ordia Michael and an
advertisement on kidnapping, Sutton special risk. The article caught our attention, the concerns about
the grave increase in labour trafficking and how it wasn’t given the attention deserved because sex
trafficking is spoken about more however both are equally important and require immediate attention.

The poem on domestic violence stated how the victim’s life changed drastically from being drowned in
love to being drowned in fear. We are now more knowledgeable about the Issues that occur in a victim’s
life which made me feel sympathy for the victim. The advertisement brought attention to Kidnapping
how it is more dangerous, serious. The high percentage of kidnapping was observed across the world
and the trend of people going missing.
