Natubgan, Kananga considering that we are both resident of same place;

2. That, we know for a fact that he was born on October 26, 1962 because
we are always attending his birthday celebration;

3. That, we are not related in anyway by affinity or consanguinity with

NADETO L. ESTRERA;

4. That we are executing this affidavit to prove the foregoing declarations

and to support whatever legal purpose this may serve.
