Problem/Need
Many residents in the community of Alegria choose unhealthy snacks over
vegetables. It can also be proven in the result of the Body Mass Index (BMI)
conducted in Alegria Stand Alone Senior High School that many students have
underweight problems. People's financial ability to buy snacks is a contributing factor
to low malnutrition, which is brought on by an inadequate diet or a problem with
having too few or too many of those nutrients. Malnutrition is characterized by
inadequate or excessive nutrient intake, an unbalanced intake of vital nutrients, or
poor nutrient use. Undernutrition, overweight, and obesity are both part of the double
burden of malnutrition, as are noncommunicable diseases connected to diet.

In order to help our communities' market problems, we entrepreneurs develop and

recommend a specific line of goods. A product containing elements that are natural
or organic, that can help address the problem in our municipality. To create a healthy
and enticing snack, we use everyone's beloved squash and carrot as the main
ingredient. The product was chosen because it contains a variety of nutritious
ingredients that are readily available in the neighborhood and can be enjoyed by
consumers of all ages.

The table above underlines the role of employee’s compensation in relation to the
resources they contribute to the company and their financial benefits. All employees
are compensated fairly and appropriately for the responsibilities and functions
allocated to them, and their rate is determined by the current wage imposed by the
DOLE. To adjust for external environmental changes such as inflation, all employees
and workers of the company obtain a ten percent raise in their annual salary after
each year. The reason why the daily rates of pay for each position are so high is
because the company allows its employees to work 8 hours per day for 30 working
days per month, even although they may be given one day off per week.
