Tacho commissioning

Triton

The Triton tacho system consist of two (2) Encoders ( A and B wired to TSA-A/B ) and two (2) TWS
(Turning wheal Sensors ) A and B ( wired directly to TIU- A/B )

The CCU and the ECU then receive the crank angle position as telegraph´s over the network.

The Encoders have are to be adjusted like for MPC i.e Encoder A in 0 deg and Encoder B in 45 deg

The Two TWS sensors should be adjusted as according to sensor spec to 3 mm distance to the
measuring flange. The crank angle of each TWS sensor should be noted for typing into the ECS
parameter file.

TWS A and measuring flange TWS B

The noted crank angle position should then be insert into the parameter file for TIU-A and TIU.B

Crank Angle for TWS A insert to TIU.A Crank Angle for TWS B insert to TIU.B
