Supporting the development of TechAdvisor
Today, the digital tool TechAdvisor is an invaluable support
to PrimeServ in delivering better and faster customer
service. It is a platform with a huge potential for retaining
and sharing knowledge across the organization.
Michael Petersen, Senior Vice President – Head of
PrimeServ DK says:
“I am happy to see so many users actively using the tool,
sharing knowledge and field service experience with
colleagues world-wide”
It is vital for a company based on knowledge to have a
future hub where the knowledge can be preserved for the
benefit of existing as well as onboarding of new
employees.
“I wish to thank all of you for using TechAdvisor and for
contributing to the further development”

How to tag a ticket in C4S

Contribute to TechAdvisor with just a few clicks!
1. Open a ticket and hit the ‘Add Tags’ tab
2. Search for and click ‘techadvisor’
3. Thanks for contributing!
We encourage everyone to tag relevant C4S tickets
containing both an issue and a solution.
