Summary and Conclusion:


As requested, our Superintendent Engineer Mr. Lars T. Danielsen attended the abovementioned
vessel while alongside in Brofjorden, Sweden. The reason for the attendance was to update ECS
from version 1403-2.7 to version 1403-4.16

Engine is equipped with EMS and it was updated to version 1805-1.3 enabling communication
with the new ECS software.

“FWE HW” parameter was changed from Yes to No.


Due to time restrictions DatGat was not copied.
Vessel USB backups were updated.

ECS update
ECS was updated to version 1304-4.16 using SPAF Converter 16.1
EMS was updated to EMS 1805-1.3.

FWE HW parameter was changed to “No”, which is current MDT standard for this engine
configuration.
SIPART parameter #48 was confirmed to be set up to 40 (seconds), which is current MDT
standard for all engines.
Vessel USB backup was updated accordingly.
