▪ Helmed the set-up of Dell’s first Software Services Group, covering KACE Appliance Management and IT Security (SonicWall) in South
Asia Developing Market Group (SADMG) region, leading IT and Cybersecurity Implementation of new multi- million Managed Services
contracts with Premier accounts such as TPV Electronics, PPG Worldwide and Citibank, mentoring a team of 25 personnel. Personally,
I delivered IT Sales targets in FY2009, and then 104%, 123% and 125% in the respective years (FY2010 – FY2012).
▪ With Citibank, I implemented and deployed Technology Infrastructure (TI) cost of about US$8 Million CAPEX. This will house
