1.) What can you do to find out what your customers want? Give some methods.
Before you start promoting your business you need to know what your customers want
and why. Good customer research helps you work out how to convince your customers that
they need your products and services. The first step of customer research is identifying your
customers. Your market research should help you understand your potential customers. Further
customer research can help you develop a more detailed picture of them and understand how to
target them. It will also highlight key characteristics your customers share, such as, gender, age,
occupation, disposable income, residential location, recreational activities.

2.) Create a scenario where the three customer service prompts will be answered.
Professionalism – I’m really sorry sir. We made a mistake by some urgent issue. We will fix it
immediately, and it may take up to 24 hours to fully resolve.  We’ll keep you posted as quickly as
possible, and will fix it immediately to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”
Patience - “I apologize, but I need a few moments to solve this issue. Do you mind holding on for a few
minutes while I look up the solution?”
People-first attitude - a Traders Joe’s customer shared the story of how the grocery chain helped his
mother and grandfather through a tough time, even though they were first-time customers. In the viral
Reedit post, the man explained that his 89-year-old grandfather lived alone. Though normally
comfortable, in a recent snowstorm, he’d been unable to travel to the store for groceries. In response,
the man’s mother called a number of grocers in the area to see if they would deliver, as he no longer
had food and she didn’t live close enough to purchase them herself.
