INSTRUCTIONS

This is a group task. Before this, you have read Chapter 1 (slides 26-47) and watch the
YouTube video given. Identify the correct project phases and project life cycle and tasks to be
done for each project management process group. Complete the task at the given google doc.

You are a team developed to help Aizam and his friends. Their project was to develop the
Student Information System (SIS) for Prestije College. Your task is to advise them in
rearranging tasks in their project management. This is because previously Aizam had made a
big mistake by not making any careful planning for the project he was managing.
