    FLAWS IN TEACHING AND LEARNING


            
    It has been reported that on 21st August 2022, you have not been conducting the classes as per the
    instructions or accepted norms of our school’s teaching and learning policy. 
    1. The synopsis was not shared with the students of Grade 7th Mahadayi during the first period.
    2. The lesson objectives were missing and were not shared with the students. 
    3. You had no lesson plan or were not going according to the plans 
    4. Evidently, you had no preparation for the lessons you were supposed to transact.
    5. A student was given the task of merely copying the textbook content, one of them on the
    blackboard and the others into their notebook. 
    6. The teacher (You) was found with folded hands taking rounds in the class or standing still. 
    Discrepancies were found in the lesson plan on August 24, 2022, as well which makes it persisting
    negligence in carrying out your classes in an organised way.   

    The faults in teachers and learning and in complying with the norms were found earlier too which
    makes several times such things being noticed and warnings were given. 

    We would like to remind you that there will be no more intimation or warning if you are found not
    complying with the instruction of your heads (Coordinators) nor following the strategies and methods
    as per the accepted norms of the school which has been provided to you through numerous notes,
    circulars, workshops, and other intimation through the coordinators. 

    You are hereby required to follow the academic and teaching and learning rules framed by the school
    authorities hereafter without any flaws.
