The Covid-19 pandemic is changing consumer behavior
rapidly. The limitations in carrying out daily activities in
public spaces, including shopping for necessities, have
made technology a mainstay.

Consumers switch from shopping habits in physical stores


to online stores. Anticipating the migration of consumers
who visit directly into online buyers, retail companies are
competing to improve their online sales site.
