LOADER RENTAL FOR CANAL DREDGING with P.O. NO. 3401227572, as of NOVEMBER
09, 2022 in accordance with the Owner’s requirements, and other related works/documents of the
project.

It is understood that neither the final certificate nor payment shall relieve the contractor of any
responsibility for faulty materials or workmanship, he shall remedy defects thereto and pay for any
damage to the work resulting therefrom which shall appear within warranty period of one (1) year from
the date of completion and acceptance by the Owner of all works as covered by the provision of the
contract.

Now therefore, this Certificate of Completion is being issued to the contractor this 28th day of
December, 2022.

Jointly inspected certified complete in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
recommended for final acceptance.
