    Dear Mr. Petrov

    I am writing this letter to request you the refund. Reason Is that I am canceling my online
    English course.

    I have registered to online English courses last week, which will start from tomorrow . but
    I have changed my mind about beginning online courses. The reason is that I think online
    courses are not a good way to learn English and I want to cancel my course. Since I am
    canceling my online courses, I am requesting a refund.
