    LETTER OF APPEAL
    My name is Agbata precious king, a student of the English and Literary studies department with the matriculation number of vug/eng 11/342. I write this letter to officially and totally appeal for a better and adequate sanction for my ignorant actions. On the 1st of June 2012 I went out of the school premises to withdraw money without permission (unauthorized) and was caught. I am very sorry for my actions because it was never intentional, I had never done this before, and it was all because of condition. I didnt have any money for feeding and printing of my assignments and I plead with you not to see it that I took laws into my hands but to view it as a gross mistake which should be forgiven. Even in the school it is stated 28 days suspension not one academic semester. Finally, Sir I acknowledge your position as our honorable vice chancellor and plead for forgiveness and I promise not to repeat this atrocious act never again.
