NARRATIVE REPORT
REMEDIAL CLASS IN MAPEH 7
FOURTH QUARTER

Out of 105 students in 2 sections in Grade 7, 9 students who got a failing grade
74 below. With that result I conducted remediation. I prepared materials with its
specific competencies that was least learned: 1. Identify the musical characteristic of
respective of Cordillera, Mindoro, Palawan and Visayas; 2. Identify folk arts of the
Island of Panay.

I was sad because out of 9 students who got failed, only 6 students responded
and took remedial class. There were 2 of them who have reasons for not attending in
my remedial class, one student was hospitalized, and the other one got injured in the
arm. The remaining 1 student, I don’t know what’s the reason behind. I can’t conclude
that they were not interested because they signed a promissory note which testify that
they wanted to.

Therefore, I can say that my remedial class was partially successful.

ENRICHMENT CLASS
IN
UNDERSTANDING CULTURE, SOCIETY & POLITICS
SECOND QUARTER

Reinforcement and enrichment classes were conducted to help students

improve their grades for every quarter in the school year 2018-2019. Most importantly,
the reinforcement or enrichment activities in Understanding Culture, Society and were
done to help those poor performing students in enhancing their performance and in
understanding the lesson better.

Out of 197 students in 4 sections in Grade 12, 34 students got least than 50%
score for our summative. With that result I conducted Enrichment class to help them
get the passing score. I prepared materials with its specific competencies that was least
learned.

The enrichment class was conducted at Grade 12 Aguinaldo classroom on

October 12, 2018 at exactly 1:30-3:00 o’clock in the afternoon and October 15, 2018 at
exactly 4:00-5:00 pm. I was sad because out of 34 only 24 students responded and
took enrichment class. At the meantime, I don’t know what`s the reason of the student
for not attending the conducted reinforcement class. I assume that others were not
interested while others are sick.

Therefore, I can say that my enrichment class was partially successful.
