1. The following are the Room Assignments of Faculty and Staff during the General
Community Quarantine (GCQ) period. Following the GCQ Guidelines,
specifically on social and physical distancing, you are to stay in your room
assignment for the duration you are in the campus. Regular attendance check shall
be done hourly by the checkers. If you are not in your assigned room, you shall be
marked absent.
Regular Faculty members and staff shall work eight hours a day, Mondays thru
Fridays, following the regular schedule of 08:00AM to 12:00NN and 01:00PM to
05:00PM.
Visiting Lecturers who are paid 30 hours a week shall report in their assigned
rooms from 09:00AM to 12:00NN and 01:00PM to 04:00PM.
The Skeleton Work-Force Schedule (Group A and Group B) in City Hall cannot
be implemented in our case because we have the luxury of space in our campuses
and each faculty is assigned a classroom.
